Days of the Dead - Roleplay - 

It was mid august, on the year 2005. Paradise Falls would never be what it once was after this... Incident. It all started with what seemed like a common viral outbreak in the suburbs. The hospitals all over the city contained a solid quarantine and were treating the infected. Nobody expected it to escalate so quickly. Barely a couple of days and what happened afterwards scarred our minds forever...

It happened too fast; gunshots and screams swarmed the streets. In a matter of hours, no survivors were left in the streets and public areas, followed by silence... Dark nights were all that was left for the few that took refuge quickly enough in lonesome places, with the occasional sudden screams breaking that peace. The radio advised to wait for evacuation, but days later communications were lost along with our families... Food was running out... We had nothing to do but pray and hope for a miracle that seemed all too hopeless...
